A beautiful stay with thoughtful design

I loved the hotel design. It featured detail in the layout of each area. I especially appreciated the library and lounge areas. I found many options for quiet relaxation there and I could enjoy some peaceful moments.
I had to wait longer to get to my room on the upper floor.

The hotel is close to Nishiki Market. Many dining options are available nearby. I also found the proximity to the subway station very convenient. The station makes traveling around the city easy.

The hotel's public spaces feature a beautiful design. The staff were always available and helpful. Multiple large markets are accessible within a 15-minute walk. The room offered a blend of Western and Japanese styles. I appreciated this.
I noticed that the room received only a surface clean. Cabinets and shelves had some dust accumulation, but this was very minor.

i found the hotel to be of super high quality and showcasing the elegance of the area! the room felt spacious with sufficient amenities. the beds and pillows were super comfortable. i appreciated they provided two types of cleaning, basic or entire room. laundry machines operated with coins which i used .
the onsen did not provide towels, so i had to take one from my room and ended up with a wet towel.

This hotel showcased elegance. The room was spacious and included sufficient amenities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I liked that they provide both basic cleaning (just trash and new towels) and full room cleaning. The hot spring was great. (It did get crowded during peak hours!)
I noticed that towels are not provided in the onsen, meaning you must bring one from your room.

I found the spa and sauna facilities very relaxing. The location was quite convenient, close to shops. Breakfast bento had a very nice presentation. It felt original. The room was also very clean.
The room was cleaned only on the surface. Cabinets were dusty. The bed was in a small area. We were careful not to hit our heads on the walls when getting out of bed.
